5-foot-10, 165-pound, average athletic frame, has some length to him, plenty of room for added weight. The bounce in his step is good, was all over the field. A right-handed hitter, the setup is balanced. The feet are even and shoulder width apart, hands are shoulder, height, bat has some tilt to it and he starts in a good hitting position. The lower half is under control and stride is minimal. The swing is level to up, finishes above shoulder, at times gets out on the front foot. The tee exit velocity was 79 mph, has some whip with it out front. Time down the line was 4.5, collected a triple in the game. Defensively, the arm is clean, throws from the outfield were downhill and on target. The arm was clocked at 81 mph with carry to them, comes out of a high-¾ slot. The footwork could get better, steps behind, easy fix with reps and practice. In the infield, feet move well and gets off the blocks ok. The hands are soft and work well with feet and moves well to glove side. The arm was clocked at 75 mph, good touch across the diamond. A sleeper, who could be valuable to be able to play multiple positions.
