(17.3 mph hand speed average). Begins in an open balanced stance with a handsy active load, then uses a controlled stride. Had quick bat speed, simple level swing plane and good extension on his finish. During his round he produced loud contact and found multiple barrels. Line drive approach. Above average in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 64 mph; shows a twitchy exchange, soft hands, and athletic quick feet. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a high ¾ slot and a short quick arm action. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 8.87. Raw on the mound, used a short loose arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing some arm speed. Drop-and-drive feel type pitcher who uses some effort. Balance is tall point with an in line shoulders in his delivery. Lands square with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 60-63 mph; had arm side control and sinking action.
