10/29/2016 A 6-foot-3, 165-pound long limed frame, very projectable. Works with a moderate tempo, simple repeatable delivery with low effort. Big arm circle, free and easy arm action, high-3/4 slot. Fastball jumps on hitters, 81-83 mph, touches 84 mph. Curveball shows consistent late depth, 69-72 mph, 11/5 shape, for strikes. Changeup lost some arm speed, 78 mph, shows some fade. Brooks two inning outing was made up of four walks, one hit, and two strikeouts.

Estimated 6-foot-2, 180 pounds. The right-hander throws from a slot with a long arm swing. His fastball was 92-93 mph good command to both sides of the plate. He featured two breaking balls, a 79-81 mph slider with 10/4 shape and a 75 mph curveball with 11/5 shape.
