6-foot, 175, lengthy, average athletic frame. Shoulders are sloped, has some strength to him, upper body is put together well. A left-handed hitter, the hands are set slightly higher, have movement to them, needs to keep them up and back, tend to drop at times. The lower half is wider than shoulder width, has a small leg kick with a minimal stride. The swing is level to up, could stay through it a little longer. The tee exit velocity was 74 mph, ran a 4.78 from home to first. In game swings were good, made solid contact, didn't get much to show for them. Defensively, plays up the middle, has good hands, with a good flow to and through the baseball. The arm action is clean and quick, arms are long, has average to above average strength to it. The arm was clocked at 73 mph, had life across the diamond. The pro move could be slightly smoother, wants to stand up, needs to stay low and keep the feet moving through it. Projects more for me at third base.
