Noah Ehlers: C/RHP, (2025) The Wellington School, OH. 6-foot-3, 170-pound. (68.4 mph bat speed average). (19.2 mph hand speed average). Began in a tall athletic stance with a smooth compact load, then used a short quick stride. Has quick efficient bat speed, upward short swing plane and high finish. He found lots of barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic above average while in the infield, made throws up to 82 mph; showed athletic rhythmic feet, a quick twitchy exchange, and soft sure hands. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Behind the plate, he made strong, efficient throws to second at velocities up to 79 mph; had twitchy soft hands, athletic smooth footwork, and a quick clean transfer. displayed his ability to control the run game with a pop time of 1.92-2.01. Calm staggered setup with above average flexibility. Athletic advanced on the mound, had a long loose arm action and an over-the-top arm angle with quick above average arm speed. Tall-and-fall stretch only type pitcher who shows high effort. He has even in line shoulders and an athletic strong balance point. Lands square with a falling off finish. Had plus tailing action and both sides of the plate control with tight movement. (Max spin 2202; Avg 2048). Threw a tight curveball that showed in the zone control and slight action. (Max spin 2008; Avg 1884). Shows control around the zone and slight action on his tight changeup.
C/SS, (2025) The Wellington School, OH. 6-foot-1, 160-pound. During batting practice, the switch hitter clocked an exit velocity of 84 mph. Starts in a balanced quiet stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, displays a short simple swing plane and balanced finish. While in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 79 mph. Behind the plate, his best recorded velocity during throw downs was clocked at 74 mph; had a natural transfer, soft hands, and consistent footwork. displayed his ability to control the run game with a pop time of 1.98-2.10. Clean setup with some flexibility. Showed a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. Recorded a 60 time of 7.63 at the event. .
