The right-handed hitter starts in an athletic stance, back-knee bowed slightly inwards with evenly distributed weight on both feet, hands start high with some pre-pitch movement for rhythm. Hands drop slightly and create separation at footstrike, moving through the zone with a flat path while creating notable bat-speed.
