4.15.15 - Looks to be a high follow in Illinois’ 2016 class. Lively, lanky frame, plenty of room to physically develop. Athletic actions and feet behind the plate; moves well laterally and has solid directional footwork. Longer arm action; well above-average arm strength, solid carry and accuracy. Pop times consistently ranged between 2.10-2.19 between innings. Made a heads up play defensively when he received a pitch and immediately fired a strike to third base to pick-off runner in a first-and-third situation. Offensively, Durburg went 4-for-4 with a walk, a double and four RBI. He drove in a pair of runs on a two-run single in the sixth down the first-base line and added a run-scoring double to left-center in the seventh to help the Scouts put the game away.
