5-foot-7, 140 pounds with a small, solid frame. Two way prospect.  On the mound, the right hander throws through a high 3/4 slot with long arm action.  Uses a big leg kick, while being a near max effort type delivery.  Pounded the zone with a 76-79 mph straight fastball.  Features a plus breaking ball.  The 60-61 mph curveball features 11/5 movement with plus depth.  Also uses a 67-71 mph changeup thrown with near fastball arm speed.  Ran a 7.68 60 yard dash.  At third base, he shows some fluidity in footwork.  Behind the plate, he recorded pop times between 2.31-2.35 while topping out at 67 mph.  The right handed hitter uses a balance setup with long stride.  Uses a level bat path, and creates contact type production.  Swing gets long from time to time.  Top exit velocity of 84 mph.

5-foot-7, 142-pound prospect with small, athletic frame. Registered an 8.04 60. In the field, he uses short arm action through high ¾ arm slot. Reached a top velocity of 74 mph. Showed some quickness in his footwork and exchange. Athletic actions. May project as a second base type at the next level. The right-handed hitter starts in a balanced stance. Uses a short stride. Big upper-half load with tendency to wrap. Shows some quickness in his hands though with slight uphill path through the zone. Uses his lower half well in the swing. Registered top exit velocity of 83 mph.

Milen shows good actions but physically has not arrived with his peers.  He is 5-foot-5.  He throws from an over-the top slot. His throws registered at 78mph from the outifled which was better on this day than his infield play.  At the plate he is balanced and has short stride.  He wraps his barrel a bit but shows solid bat speed.
