Has a short smooth level swing that made solid contact each pitch. 78 mph exit velocity. Fields the ball out front with good lateral movement. Threw 75 mph from the infield.

Riling has a 5-foot-9, 158-pound build. He stands tall and uses a knee pinch with his load. He showed some bat speed with a slightly downhill swing. His exit velocity was 72 mph and he ran a 7.77 60-yard dash. On the infield, he shows good rhythm with his feet and gets rid of the ball smoothly. He fields the ball out front and had a velocity of 77 mph across the diamond.

5-foot-8, 152-pound prospect. Even stance with low hand position. Does a nice job getting hands in hitting position as they work quick to the baseball. Works in a line drive approach. Active and athletic defender with good glove actions. Recorded a 77 mph arm velocity across the infield. On the mound, Riling has simple mechanics and uses an over the top arm slot. He throws his fastball downhill at 75-78 mph. His curveball has late break at 66-67 mph and his changeup has fastball arm speed at 67-68 mph.
