Takes his hands straight to the ball with a short compact swing. Top of the order hitter. In the field moves towards the ball in a tall position receiving the ball out front quickly bringing it into his body. Throws with a short quick arm action across the infield. Ranges well in the field. On the mound steps left looking down, while lowering his glove moving into a calm thigh high leg lift. Throws from a high 3/4 arm angle. Fastball sat 74-78 mph with cut action. Mixed in a sharp breaking 11/5 curve 61-65 mph.
