Belger is a 5-foot-7, 120-pound right-handed prospect. He pitches from a high-3/4 arm slot and shows good arm speed. He uses a high glove side with his delivery and strides slightly across his body. His fastball sat 70-73 mph with some downhill action that showed occasional arm side run. His curveball was tight and had 11/5 break while sitting 62-64 mph. His changeup showed some fade and sat 65-67 mph. He showed the ability to throw all three pitches for strikes and his changeup was thrown well to the arm side of the plate.
