6-foot-2, 195-pound prospect. Solid frame. On the mound, the southpaw uses a smooth, deliberate tempo to his delivery. Shows a slight inward turn with his leg kick. Long arm action with some stabbing on the back end. Throws from a high 3/4 slot. His fastball topped out at 79 mph with some arm side run. His breaking ball showed good depth in the low 60's and his changeup had occasional sink to it at 66-68 mph.

Hamilton has an athletic frame at 6-foot-2, 185-pounds. He has a long arm action that works behind his body and he throws from a high-3/4 arm slot. His fastball sat 78-79 mph with some arm side run. His curveball has 1/7 break to it with good depth as it sat at 61-62 mph. His changeup sat 66-67 mph and had sink to it. His stride was slightly across his body and he had repeatable mechanics.
