Listed at 5-foot-9 and weighing 155 pounds, Evans showed his skills both as an outfielder and an infielder. At the plate he showed a smooth left-handed swing and controlled his barrel well leading to an exit velocity of 85 mph. His throws from the outfield showed promise as he got rid of the ball quickly and reached 78 mph. On the infield he showed good footwork and fielded the ball well with his hands out in front of his body.
