10/10/18 - 5-foot-11, 183-pound frame. Uptempo delivery with quick hip and open-toe landing position. Never posts on lead leg and really falls off mound toward first base. Short arm action and ¾ slot. 72-75 mph fastball tended to be thrown above the zone. 63-64 mph slider is more of a curveball with varying shape and was Tipton’s best pitch on this night. 57-63 mph changeup had significant variance and is a developing pitch.
