Ryan Doyle 2020 6-foot-1 170-pound LHP/1B from the Ridge Meadows Royals in the BC college prep league. Showed the ability to pick it at first base and make accurate throws. On the mound Doyle shows confidence using a 3 pitch mix. A FB to both side of the plate out of a mid ¾ slot 71-73 mph with late arm side ride, a developing 12/6 CB 62-63 mph which works well down in the zone,and a CH 61-64 mph that works with late arm side fade with good arm action. Doyle has a pitchers frame that has a lot of room for added strength and muscle. At the plate showed a simple leg lift load and the ability to work up the middle with an exit velo of 79 mph. Showed more pop to his pull side with late liftas well.
