6-foot-3, 175-pound LHH hits from a balanced stance and loads back with a significant leg kick, gets the foot down on time and uses lower half well to generate bat speed, shows good power for age and could develop into one of the top left-handed power bats in the 2019 class, went 1-for-3 in game play with a single to CF. Shows some athleticism in the outfield and works through the ball well, high-3/4 release produced very accurate throws to the third base bag, arm strength is above average for age. Atkins is one to follow closely in the 2019 class.

6-foot-3, 175-pound LHP has a long, lanky frame and significant room to fill in, uses long arm action and works through an over the top slot to produce a downhill plane on the fastball, curveball has 1/7 action and has solid depth and produced some swings and misses, worked two quick innings allowing one hit while striking out the side in his second inning (2 FB, 1 CB swinging). Atkins projects for significantly more velocity and is one to keep a close eye on in the 2019 class.

6-foot-3, 175-pound LHH with long and lean frame and significant room to fill out, hits from a balanced stance and uses a big load back of front foot to initiate swing, generates well above average bat speed for age, creates some lift at contact and shows good power to the pull side, went 0-for-3 in game play. Defensively, shows some athleticism at the first base position, soft hands and above average feet, accurate throws. Atkins has the potential to be a top left-handed power bat in the 2019 class as he continues to get physically stronger.

6-foot-3, 175-pound LHP has a long, lanky frame and significant room to fill in, uses long arm action and works through an over the top slot to produce a downhill plane on the fastball, curveball has 1/7 action and has solid potential to be a good pitch, allowed three hits (two of them were infield singles), walked two, and finished his two inning outing off strongly with two consecutive strikeouts (both swinging on FBs). Atkins is a projectable arm that will be one to keep a close eye on in the 2019 class for additional development and velocity gains.
