Starts in open stance then uses a toe tap Had a straight-to-the-ball swing plane and had good extension on his finish. He displayed a plus arm with strong throw downs to second that hit 79 mph; his feet were quick and his exchange was quick. While catching, he produced a pop time of 2.00-2.10; Used a short arm action and an-over-the-top slot. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.1.
6/5/18 Long-limb, wiry 6-foot, 130-pound frame. Right-handed hitter starting from tall and open setup with a loose relaxed rhythm and high hands. Works closed with toe tap rhythm and short controlled stride. Short, direct stroke with aggressive approach and natural uphill finish that produced an exit velocity 80 mph. Infielder that worked through balls well with deliberate footwork and receptive hands. Long clean exchange into a short high-3/4 arm swing producing a positional velocity of 79 mph, Catcher that display looseness in hip with ability to get low in setup. Gives big target out front with receptive hands and directional footwork. Clean exchanges with length in high-3/4 release that produced a positional velocity of 67 mph and pop times ranging 2.1-2.2 seconds. Ran a 7.43 60-yard dash.
