10/10/18 - Undersized, 5-foot-9, 140. Brook has a small frame but pitches above his stature. He has an athletic delivery. He will occasionally alter his delivery to disrupt hitter timing by pausing after leg lift. With loose arm action and some effort, Brook’s FB was 80-84 with area control. His breaking ball was impressive in spite of some command issues, 68-71. The breaking ball was sharp with tight spin and depth. He struggled to land it on this evening, but previous looks have shown a breaking ball with the makings of an out pitch.
