10/1/17 - Max FB: 76, FB: 73-75, CB: 61-63, CH: 69
5'9, 155-pound, RHP shows feel for spin.  Short, athletic build w/ lean strength.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ short rocker step into first base side of rubber.  Balance point into leg drive and ¾ release point.  Low effort w/ repeatability.  FB w/ arm side run.  Big downer CB w/ late break.  Can manipulate the spin.  CH w/ arm-speed and fade.

10/1/17 - 60 Time: 7.85, Position Velocity:  OF - 77
5'9, 155-pound, LHH shows some barrel feel w/ middle infield profile.  Short, athletic build w/ lean strength.  Hits from an open, crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Stride to slightly open w/ deep hand load, slight hitch in back.  Rhythm hitter.  Barrel stays in zone for long time.  Defensively, shows a reliable glove w/ some arm strength.

6/14/16 - 60 Time: 8.02, Position Velocity:  IF-77, Exit Velocity: 73
5'9, 155-pound, LHH hits from a balanced and fairly wide stance and uses a short and rhythmic stride and hand movement to initialize his load, lower half does a good job of getting through the zone and stays fairly balanced throughout his swing, but seems to fall off during his finish. Hit some solid line drives up the middle and showed an ability to hit it to all fields.  Defensively, showed average footwork and hands at the third base position and sometimes fields the ball a little deep, uses a little crow during his exchange and showed a long arm action from a high ¾ release point to muster average arm strength getting the ball across the infield with accuracy.

6/14/16 - Max FB: 77, FB: 75-77, CB: 66-67, CH: 70-71,
5'9, 155-pound, RHP uses a slow and deliberate motion to deliver pitches from a loose arm action and a ¾ arm slot, does a good job of engaging his lower half and really reaching out with that front foot, strides a little across his body and falls toward the first base side after delivering each pitch because of overcompensation, athletic on the mound, uses a smooth follow through for a good finish.  Fastball stayed straight and didn’t have much zip but was thrown for strikes, breaking ball showed some 11/5 action, although it varied from time to time, changeup was a decent change of speed.

1/18/16 - 5-foot-8, 145-pound righty uses a quick and rhythmic motion with a lot of moving parts and some average arm action to deliver from his ¾ arm angle, regular effort and balance help him out, fastball mostly from 74-76 touching 78 for strikes was fairly straight, 11/5 curveball with late movement stayed around the zone between 65-67 mph, slowed arm on changeup at 70-72 with a little bit of fade, good slider at 69-70 with some hard movement. As a position player, hits from a balanced stance and utilizes a short and rhythmic stride and hand movement to get himself going, does a good job of getting his lower half through the zone, stays fairly balanced but will lean forward a little bit from time to time, when he stayed back he showed a level swing that produced a lot of solid line drives and a 79 mph exit velocity off the tee.  Davis ran a 7.59 60-yard dash.  Showed average footwork and glove in the outfield, short exchange and arm action from a high-3/4 arm slot produced a 76 mph position velocity with some average carry.

8/16/15 - The 5-foot-9, 145-pound righty shows a lanky frame. Throws from a ¾ arm angle with long arm action and regular effort in delivery. Occasionally gets quick with lower half and lands open. Showed good feel for his fastball spotting it on both sides of the plate, fastball sat at 74-76mph, topping out at 78mph with run. Hitters seemed to struggle on the movement of the fastball as it would run back into the strike zone. Throws an effective slider at 72 mph with sharp sweeping action. Davis pitched one complete inning giving up one hit and no runs. As a position player, posted a 7.59 60 time and had a 76 mph position velocity from the outfield. Defensively, Davis shows long arm action, some accuracy, average arm strength, and plays through the ball well on the ground. Has room to improve footwork on fly balls. Offensively, Davis has average bat speed from the left side of the plate and had a 79 mph exit velocity off the tee. Davis hits from a balanced setup, has a smooth back load, short stride, uses his lower half, good balance, level path with fluid rhythm, impressed in game play going 3-for-5. Davis is a young prospect to keep an eye on.
