Scouting Report: 6-foot-4, 180 pound RHP prospect has an ideal pitcher’s frame. Works with an upbeat tempo with a quick arm thrown over the top. Fastball has sink 79-85 mph, sharp 69-73 mph curve with 11/5 depth, and sinking 71-73 mph changeup.
