OUTLOOK

Coach Blakey's squad is coming off a strong season, but with the turning of the page, new players will need to fill the shoes of last year's graduated seniors. Fortunately for Gull Lake High School, the program's strong sophomore and junior classes should maintain the program's level of excellence. A trio of sophomores in Drew Blakey, Caleb Scoles, and Austyn Knapper will create a young, but formidable pitching staff. Keep an eye on junior firstbaseman Jared Burton, who will provide an impact left-handed bat in the middle of the order.
