OUTLOOK:  

Coach Gerig and the Hilltop Cadets are looking to be more competitive this season than last season. With eight starters and four pitchers returning the Cadets are in shape to be more competitive. Freshman shortstop Quinn Smith will look to step in as the leadoff hitter.
