Seth Mirgon, 2B/RHP, 2015 ... Led the league in batting, hits and stolen bases in 2013. West Muskingum's player of the year in 2013. Broke the school record for steals.
Jordan Hunkins, 1B/RHP, 2014 ...Hit .295 in 2013. Big guy at 6'3" 280 lbs. Corner infielder and a right-hander for West Muskingum.
Greg Kanavel, OF, 2016 ... Hit .320 as a freshman. Started on varsity as a freshman. Solid left-handed bat.
Phelan Shutts, 1B/RHP, 2015 ... .292 hitter in 2013 for JV. 2014 is his first year on varsity.
Nick Hart, SS/2B, 2016 ... .320 average in 2013. Started on varsity as a freshman.
Alex Lynch, 1B/OF, 2016. Only played in 10 games for varsity as a freshman. The lefty hit .280 overall in 2013.

OUTLOOK:  

After going 7-19 in 2013 the Tornadoes hope to bounce back in 2014. West Muskingum is a program looking to rebuild. They do have 6 returning starters, but are a very young team. Lots of young talent can certainly help in the years to come.
