The Bluejackets lost 3 arms to graduation that logged at least 15 innings each. Will need guys to step up and be able to fill those crucial innings on the mound.

2015 OUTLOOK
The Bluejackets will be led this year by super utility 2015 Michael Thomas. The 6-foot-3, 195-pounder who was All-Conference as a sophomore on the mound; has been a 3 year starter and will pitch, play infield and outfield, and hit in the middle of the order. Setting the table will be 2015 Connor Hanson, an All-Conference Honorable Mention pick last year who has also started at shortstop for Cambridge-Isanti for 3 years. Head Coach Todd Smrekar feels the keys for the 2015 season are to stay healthy, pitch consistently, play solid defense and benefit from timely hitting. The team does return players in some key spots to provide leadership and experience. Cambridge-Isanti will face tough competition this year from St. Michael-Albertville, St. Francis, Monticello, Chisago Lakes and Buffalo.
