The 2015 high school season is just around the corner.  Leading up to the start of the season we are going to take a quick glance at many teams from across the state.

OUTLOOK

Head Coach Doug Brown and the West Noble Chargers will look to build on last year's 8-18 season.  They return a total of five position starters along with four pitchers this spring.  Leading the way for the Chargers in 2015 will be senior Waylon Richardson.  The 6-foot-5, 190 pounder returns after striking out 48 in 34 innings and posting a 2.18 ERA last season.  Senior Levi Nelson will also be a big contributor.  The 5-foot-9, 210 pounder hit .378 last spring while also swiping 10 bags.  Pancho Luevano, a 5-foot-10, 200 pound catcher should also contribute to the Chargers offense after hitting .348 as a Junior.  Two infielders expected to contribute this season are senior Kyler Warble and Junior Zach Mosby.  Warble hit .300 with 4 HR in 2014 while Mosby hit .268.  Coach Brown will also count on senior outfielder Riley McFarren who stole nine bags last year.
