With the 2016 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state.

Starting February 1st, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2016 Spring Team Preview: Continental Pirates

• Strong front-line pitching
• Above-average gloves up the middle

• Experience at the top of the batting order

• Question marks at the infield corners and at catcher

Coach Outlook: Led by three senior starters, the Pirates hope to surprise in the PCL where they've won just 12 games the past 16 years. Continental's new coaching staff wants to restore pride to a program which has not had a winning season since 1983.
