2016 Spring Team Preview: Massillon Perry Panthers

Team Name: Massillon Perry Panthers
Head Coach: Rick Rembielak
Division: I
2015 Record: 3-21
Conference Record: Federal League, 3-9
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 5/2

2016 Team Strengths:

  • Being an entire new coaching staff to this program is difficult to see. The coaching staff is still trying to get a feel for this team.

2016 Team Weaknesses:

  • Again being a new staff that does not have much background information on this program makes it difficult to say during preseason workouts. We are still trying to see who our leaders are and what players will step into their natural positions.

Coach Outlook: This team is working very hard in the off-season conditioning program. Many players are showing up on a weekly basis to better themselves as an overall athlete.

Top Returning Players:

  • John Newsome, MINF
