With the 2016 spring season right around the corner, PBR Indiana is eagerly anticipating bringing the best high school baseball coverage throughout the entire state.

2016 SPRING TEAM PREVIEW: Clinton Central Bulldogs

2016 Team Strengths:

Top Returning Players:

• Joe Douglass, C, 2017: 3 year starter, .280 BA, 17 RBI, 10 SB
• Jordan Clark, 1B/P, 2016: 3 year starter, .228 BA, 13 RBI, 2 HR, 49 2/3 IP, 4.51 ERA, 43K
• Brendan Smith, SS/2B, 2018: 2 year starter, .173 BA, 6 RBI, 5 SB
• Jacob Hosteter, 1B/P, 2018: 2 year starter, 27 1/3 IP, 2.30 ERA, 22K, 2-1 W/L

PBR Outlook: Coach Flickinger's team returns seven starters and four arms with many young players garnering varsity experience in 2015.  The Trojans will be young as only one senior is on this year's roster.  They'll need to get good production on the mound and continue to improve in all facets, but with the younger players getting varsity experience last spring should improve on last year's 10-17 mark.
