3B Anthony Salomone Heads the Group of Unsigned Senior Corner Infielders in PA



Prep Baseball Report is running a series of articles this week that look at many of the top unsigned seniors who remain in in our eight state coverage area. These in-depth PBR Plus articles break down the most talented prospects in each state that have yet to make a college commitment. One day in advance of the PBR Plus story evaluating each position, PBR Pennsylvania will be highlighting the top unsigned senior at that position in the state of Pennsylvania.

Anthony Salomone is a 6-foot, 190-pound 3B from Northern York HS. He hit .371 with 3 homeruns and 31 RBI in 2012. Salomone is an athletic prospect who runs a 7.09 60-yard dash. He is ranked No. 66 in the Class of 2013. Salomone is currently looking at Penn State, Pitt, and West Chester. When questioned regarding the timeframe for making a decision, Salomone responede, "I would like to make my decision by the end of 2012. I have made two official visits to West Chester and Millersville. I Liked both of them a lot but West Chester looks like it would be a better fit for me.  I am also going to visit Penn State soon."
