Alec Olund is a 2014 MIF from Lake Central. Olund was an instrumental part of Lake Central’s state championship run. Olund is 6-foot-2 170 pound right handed hitter with advanced actions up the middle. He possesses above average footwork. Olund’s arm was 78 across the diamond in February last year.

At the plate, Olund has a quick bat with an athletic approach. Offensively, Olund continues to get better. He has worked out his stance quite bit since last February allowing his athleticism to play out a lot more.
