The All-State Games are start Saturday, October 22^nd and 23^rd at Henderson State University and Ouachita Baptist University. This event will feature players competing on 6 different teams. Players were invited to compete in this event from all corners of the state. We are excited about the talent pool of players this premiere event has drawn.

Team Maroon is a young roster with a versatile group of players from across central Arkansas. It should be group that plays hard with good energy

Underclassmen

2019 Ethan Fowler, OF, Catholic HS
Fowler is a 5-foot-10 160-pound outfielder with an athletic frame and build. Defensively he works through the baseball with fluid footwork, and a normal exchange. He throws the ball from an H ¾ arm slot with a quick arm. He throws the ball accurately 78 mph from the outfield. Offensively he starts from an athletic stance with a slight load and stride. He attacks the baseball with a line drive swing, maintaining balance through extension. He produces exit velocities up to 82 mph. He runs a 4.34 home to 1^st time. Overall Fowler is a solid athlete with refined skills, as he matures his raw tools should improve. 

2018 Reed Rispoli, LHP, Russellville HS
Rispoli is a 6-foot-4 170-pound with a large frame and slight build. He pitches from H 3/4 arm slot with a wrap in the back side. His fastball worked 70-72 mph with slight sink. He works efficiently commanding the strike zone consistently with his fastball. Overall Rispoli is a solid athlete with the ability to throw strikes consistently.

2018 Gabe Helsley, OF Jacksonville HS
Helsley is a 5-foot-10 165-pound outfielder with an athletic frame and build. Defensively he shows solid instincts on balls in the air. He plays through the baseball with fluid footwork a normal exchange and an accuarate arm. Offensively he starts from an athletic stance, he uses an arm bar hand load and a slight stride. He attacks the baseball with a line drive swing that stays that rotates at extension. Overall Helsley is an advanced athlete with a solid skill set.
