I just want to say that I am thankful for the opportunities that PBR has given me since taking over as the Scouting Director in May 2015.

Being able to evaluate talented athletes on a daily basis has expanded my scouting background and will undoubtedly help mold my recruiting philosophies going forward as a head coach at Alma College.

Prep Baseball Report has helped me build a tremendous network of baseball people that will assist me in bringing success to the Alma College baseball program.

PBR MICHIGAN MOVES FORWARD

Jake Sabol has been an invaluable advocate for baseball in the State of Michigan as the scouting director for Prep Baseball Report Michigan.

His passion for the game and commitment to helping players and parents through the recruiting process has been unwavering.

So, it is with a heavy, yet appreciative heart, that we wish Jake and his fiancé Robyn all the best as he leaves PBR for the great opportunity to become the head coach at Alma College (If you would like to contact Jake, he will still be receiving emails on his PBR account during this transition period.).

More than ever, our staff is committed to being your number one resource for amateur baseball in the great state of Michigan. Although Jake will be leaving, our staff remains intact. In addition, JD Heilmann, former recruiting coordinator at the University of Cincinnati and current scouting director for PBR Ohio, will assist during the transition process.

We are currently in the process of interviewing candidates for the open scouting director position.
