Catching up With 2010 Pennsylvania Player of the Year Sean Coyle

4/17/12 Sean Coyle, Pennsylvania's Gatorade Player of the Year for 2011, is about to begin his third season in minor league baseball. Coyle was drafted out of Germantown Academy in 2010 in the third round by the Boston Red Sox. In his first full season of minor league baseball last year in the South Atlantic League, Coyle batted .247 with 14 HRs and 64 RBIs. He is set to make the jump to Salem in the Carolina League this summer. The Red Sox currently estimate a 2015 arrival for Sean in Fenway Park.
