DROPPING THE BACK SHOULDER

Throughout the life of the Tip of the Week series, the goal has always been to help hitters improve their swing.

However, Chris Burke has also consistently called out the "myths" that are being taught each and every day. In this week's Tip of the Week, Chris calls out another commonly mis taught term: dropping the back shoulder.

By watching this week's tip of the week, you will notice that the back shoulder is always below the front shoulder when a hitter puts a good swing on the ball. Chris touches on the importance of focusing more on the dos vs the don't's to help avoid confusing a hitter.

Give this great drill a try and you'll quickly realize why the back shoulder is so important to the swing!

NOTE: This video will expire 7 days from post 7/11/2018. If you are viewing this Tip of the Week after its expiration, go to http://ecoach.coach/baseball/ for more information.
