It's that time of year again!  The 48th Annual IHSAA Baseball State Tournament begins with sectional play tomorrow, Wednesday May 28th ,and will continue through Monday, June 2nd.  A total of 98 teams will compete for the 2A State Title.  

Lafayette Central Catholic will look to win their sixth straight state championship, but first in Class 2A, however, will have to compete with last year's 2A defending champion, South Spencer.  South Spencer is currently ranked No. 1 in the 2A/1A poll with a 21-3 overall record.
