No. 5 Floyd Central 8 St. Xavier (KY) 7
– Floyd trailed 7-2 in the top of the seventh against PBR KY’s #1 team, but put up six runs to get the win and stay perfect on the year. Connor Curry came through with a two run single to give Floyd its first lead of the day. Jacob Snodgrad collected three hits and Rossy Lundy had two. Garrett Ruttle came on in relief to get the win striking out six in his three innings of work.

No. 9 Jasper 5 Vincennes Rivet 0 

No. 16 Jeffersonville 11 North Harrison 0 – Nick Gallagher went all five innings allowing just two hits and striking out nine to get the win. At the plate he was 2-4 with a solo homerun and two runs scored. Drew Ellis hit a three run homerun and scored twice and Damian Smith tripled and drove in two runs. 

Lafayette Jefferson No. 24 Noblesville 5 – Austin Albrecht and Bailey Perdue led the offense both picking up a hit and driving in two runs, Albrecht also scored once. Griff Clark drove in a run and Reid Pittard drove in a run and scored twice. Ethan Smith got the win throwing four innings and Peter Ripke threw the final two innings allowing two hits and striking out three. 

Batesville 9 Lawrenceburg 0 – Bryan Hoeing threw a complete game shutout allowing six hits, one walk, and striking out 13. At the plate he drove in two runs and scored once. Austin Westerfield was 2-3 with a RBI and a run, Ethan Poettker drove in two runs and scored once, and Nick Kirchner drove in one run and scored twice. 

Blue River Valley 6 Winchester Community 5 – Pete Wissel led the offense going 2-2 with a double, three RBI, and two runs scored. Kurt Fouts was 2-4 with two runs, DJ Acton doubled and drove in a run, and Mason Brown drove in a run and scored once. 

Carroll (Flora) 7 Sheridan 1 – Seth Eldridge threw a complete game allowing just one run on four hits and striking out 10. Brady Wiles led the offense going 2-4 with three RBI and two runs scored. Cameron Crume was 2-3 with two RBI and a run scored. 

Daleville 21 Randolph Southern 11 – Daleville trailed 11-4 going into the bottom of the fifth, but exploded for 17 runs in the inning to get the five inning win. Bryce Stevens was 2-4 with four RBI and two runs, Brent Blackweel was 2-4 with a double, RBI, and two runs, and Taylor Clark was 2-4 with a double, two RBI, and three runs scored. Cody Duke and Levi Floyd each had a hit and drove in three runs. 

Edgewood 11 Owen Valley 1 – Reece Phillips got the win on the mound throwing all five innings allowing one unearned run on four hits and striking out eight. Ryan Newman led the offense going 2-4 with three RBI and a run scored. Mac Kido and Alex Driver each drove in a run and scored twice. 

Franklin Central 8 Perry Meridian 4 – Jon Knies was 2-4 with a double, triple, RBI, and three runs scored. Chris Know drove in two runs and scored once. Jimmy Yates and Justin Jones each had a RBI and scored a run. Kevin Hammond got the win throwing a complete game allowing four runs on seven hits and striking out three. 

Greenwood 10 Plainfield 3 – Landon Fink got the win on the mound and also had a homerun. 

Heritage Hills 7 Tecumseh 4 – Tyler Ward moved to 5-0 on the year throwing six shutout innings then coming back in in the bottom of the seventh to get the final out. Matt Wagner was 4-4 at the plate and Ward was 3-4 as HH remained unbeaten in conference. 

New Albany 8 Louisville Southern 0 – Brandon Johnson threw a complete game allowing just one hit and striking out 11 to get the win. Dylan Cook led the offense going 2-4 with two doubles and three RBI. 

Whiteland 5 Decatur Central 3 – Jared Adkins threw a complete game to get the win as Whiteland had to come from behind. 

Woodlan 11 Adams Central 1 – Brad Barker went all seven innings allowing one run on three hits and striking out 11. The offense backed him up with 14 hits, led by Garrett Van Brocklin who went 4-5 with a homerun and three RBI. Greg White was 2-4 with a homerun and four RBI and Jake Summer was 2-3 with a solo homerun. Clayton Graber and Rick Ehle each went 2-4 with a RBI. 

Yorktown 4 Muncie Central 2 – Jacob Preston threw a complete game allowing one earned run, four hits and striking out eight in the win. Ryan Cates, Drew Phillips, and Travis Knight each drove in a run for Yorktown.
