Due to winter-like conditions around most of the state last evening, it was a very abbreviated schedule of games that were able to be played.  Here are the scores and highlights from games played last evening.

Butler 9  Moore 0
Jonathan Thrasher went 3-for-4 with a double, HR, and 3 RBI, Kyle Goodman went 3-for-4 with a double, triple, and 3 RBI, and Ryan Blevens added 3 hits as Butler cruised to the victory.  Goodman allowed 3 hits and struck out 6 over 5 innings of work to pick up the win.

Marshall Co 6  Yorkville, IL 1
Blake Johnson and Austin Johnson each collected 2 hits, and Mason Wooten added 2 RBI in the Marshall County victory.  Dylan Givens allowed just 3 hits and struck out 4 in going the distance for the complete-game win.

Caldwell Co 15  Dawson Springs 0 (5 innings)
Eli Pepper, Elijah Sindelar, Drake VanHooser, and Jordan Young each had 2 hits apiece, and Elijah Anderson drove in 4 runs as Caldwell Co scored early and often in the 5-inning rout.  Levi Estes threw a complete-game, 2-hit shutout with 9 K’s.
