Four first-inning runs helped the Lightning to a 5-4 win over Fon du Lac High School on Monday.

The Lightning scored in the first on a fielder's choice, a groundout by Hunter Rolain, an RBI single by Evan Bowman, and an RBI double by Noah Kuester.

Blugolds continued to pile up the runs on Monday, scoring four runs in the seventh inning, on the way to an 11-1 landslide win over Holmen.

Rudy Rott Jr reached base four times. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Alex Schulte got the win for Blugolds. He allowed one run over seven innings. Alex Schulte struck out four, walked none and gave up five hits.

Nate Deyoung racked up two RBIs on one hit for Hawks. He homered in the third inning.

A Geehardt got the win for Fox Valley Lutheran. He allowed three runs over seven innings. Geehardt struck out seven, walked two and gave up five hits.

Levi Schaller carried the Lancers to a 6-3 victory over Cochrane-Fountain City on Monday with a strong game at the plate and on the rubber.

Lancers was led by Schaller's hitting. Schaller went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the first, second, and sixth innings.

Schaller handled Cochrane-Fountain City's lineup with ease, racking up eight strikeouts. Schaller allowed one earned run on eight hits and no walks over seven innings.

He singled in the second and third innings and doubled in the sixth and seventh innings.

Josiah Roundtree was a workhorse on the bump while bagging the win for Riverside University. Roundtree allowed one earned run, seven hits and three walks while striking out five over seven innings of work.
