Here is a look at all the scores and highlights from around the state in first round State Tournament action last night.

Goodpasture 6, Oneida 0
Drew Hall had a huge night for Goodpasture going 3 for 3 with two doubles at the plate and 18 strikeouts on the mound plus the win. Carter went 2 for 3 with a double.

Grace Christian 9, Boyd Buchanan 1
Justin Shaw had a big night for the Rams going 2 for 3 with a double and 5 strikeout on the mound to pick up the win. Eight grader Noah Gent went 2 for 3 with a double at the plate.

Cornersville 3, Huntingdon 1
Fox went 3 for 4 with 2 RBI and Looney pitched a complete game with 7 strikeouts to lead Cornersville to the win.

Peabody 3, Summertown 1
Hudson went 1 for 2 with an RBI, and Pickard pitched a complete game with 9 strikeouts to lead Peabody over Summertown.

CPA 2, Sullivan South 1 (8 Innings)
Gunter went 2 for 3 with an RBI, and Baker went 2 for 4 to lead CPA to a tight win over Sullivan South. Phillips pitched a complete game for CPA to pick up the win.

Loudon 2, Crockett County 1
Brubaker, Cullen, and Townson each had 2 hits to lead Loudon's offensive attack. Townson also pitched a complete game to pick up the win on the mound.

Knoxville Catholic 13, Murfreesboro Central 1
Kole Cottam went 2 for 3 with a home run and a double, followed by Dominic Souders 3 for 4 performance with a double to lead the Irish offense. Ethan Elliot picked up the win on the mound with 6 strikeouts.

Cascade 2, Lexington 0
Gardner pitched a complete game shutout with 13 strikeouts to lead Cascade to the first round win.

Hardin Valley 2, Bartlett 0
Will Neely had a huge night on the mound with 8 strikeouts and throwing a no hitter to beat a very good Bartlett team. Leo went 1 for 2 at the plate with a double to lead the Hawks offense.

Farragut 2, East Hamilton 0
Vanderbilt signee Patrick Raby had a huge night on the mound with 12 strikeouts and the win for the Admirals. Nico Mascia went 2 for 3 with a double and Tyler Lugo had a huge triple to lead the Admirals to a win.

Soddy Daisy 8, Hendersonville 7
Tre Carter had a huge day at the plate going 2 for 4 with a home run. Rogers went 2 for 4 at the plate and picked up the win on the mound for the Trojans.

Houston 6, Ravenwood 1
Jack Kenley and Coleman Blair both went 1 for 3 at the plate, including Blair’s double. Jack Rude had 10 strikeouts on the mound.

St. George’s 1, Evangelical Christian 0
Connor Green had a huge night on the mound with 11 strikeouts and the win. Judson Scott had a double at the plate to lead the offense.

FRA 4, USJ 3
Tansil and Ney both had a hit each to lead FRA to the win. Queener picked up the win on the mound in a complete game effort.

division II-AA

Christian Brothers 1, Pope John Paul 0
Tyler Walton had a big night on the mound with 7 strikeouts and the win. Nick Traylor went 2 for 3 at the plate with a walk off single in the bottom of the 7th to lead the Christian Brothers offense.

McCallie 4, Briarcrest 2
Carson McKoon had a big night on the mound with 12 strikeouts and the win. Corbin Brooksbank went 3 for 3 and Drew Vaughn went 2 for 3 with two doubles at the plate.
