Here is a look at some of the scores and highlights from the action around the state last evening.

HVA 5, Farragut 3
In a huge game that went into extra innings, the Hawks came away with the win. Zach Sears led the Hawks offense going 3 for 5 with a double. Landen Beyers went 2 for 5 at the plate and Greg Valentine came in and picked up the win.

Cookeville 5, White County 3
Cody Hutcherson went 2 for 4 with a double and Blaine Smith went 1 for 3 with a double to lead the Cavalier offense. TJ Webb picked up the win on the mound.

Boyd Buchanan 2, Silverdale 1
Brandon Willingham had a big night on the mound with 9 strikeouts and the win. At the plate, Colby Morgan went 2 for 3 with a home run and EJ Matthews went 3 for 3.

Northeast 2, Cookeville 1
Justin West had a big night with 8 strikeouts and the win on the mound to lead Northeast. Benji Burchwell went 1 for 3 with a home run at the plate.

Lexington 3, Chester County 1
Ryne Odle had a big night on the mound with 9 strikeouts and the win. Evan Gilliam went 2 for 2 with a double at the plate.

Montgomery Central 10, Waverly 9
Ben Sleigh went 3 for 4 with two doubles and Devin Prewitt went 2 for 4 with a double to help lead the Montgomery Central offense.

Scotts Hill 3, Madison 0
Hunter Pope went 2 for 3 with a double and Evan Russell added a double to lead Scott Hill to a win. Junior Kimmel picked up the win on the mound.

Upperman 5, Smith County 2
Ryan Lafever picked up the win on the mound with 7 strikeouts for Upperman. Dristen Jared led the offense going 2 for 3 at the plate.

Houston 6, Collierville 1
Nikko Warmus had a big night on the mound for Houston with 8 strikeouts and the win. Farmer went 1 for 2 and Blair went 1 for 3 to lead the Houston offense over the Dragons in a huge win.

Franklin County 9, Tullahoma 3
Nick Ashley went 2 for 3 and Shane Smith added a hit to help lead Franklin County in a win over Tullahoma. Colton Elliot picked up the win on the mound.
