• Gahanna Lincoln has won 5 District titles in the last 7 years.
• University of Kentucky commit Evan White has played in 4 straight District Title games and has won 3 of them. Along with that, Evan helped to lead his team last season to a State Final Four appearance and finished with a 1st Team All Ohio accomplishment as well. Evan has been named All League and All District in all of his 4 seasons.
• Gahanna has a veteran pitching staff this season with college commits in Boomer Lowe (Sinclair CC Signee), Mason Daniels (Elon University Commit), and Cole Gibson (Oakland University Commit). The unsung hero of the pitching staff has been Senior Catcher, Kain Lowe. Kain has been great behind the dish in holding up these talented arms and catching great games for them.
• In the District Semifinals, 1B Evan White hit a Grand Slam to put the Lions up 1 in the Top of the 7^th inning and push them on to victory.
• In the District Finals, the Lions were led by a 3 hit/2 RBI day from SS Bradley Hull but it was OF Zach Baumann’s RBI Double in the 9th that put the Lions in the lead for good to win their 5th Title in 7 years.
• Offensively, other than Evan White, the Lions have been led by 1 Hole Hitter-Senior OF, Zach Baumann, 2 Hole Hitter-Junior SS Bradley Hull (Oakland University Commit), and Freshman DH Cael Baker.
