Today marks the start of the 2019 high school season across North Carolina.  Teams in the North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) can officially begin their spring seasons today.  Teams in private classifications may be a few days behind the NCHSAA, but today it is baseball season.

PBR kicks off the beginning of the spring by taking a look back at last years four state champions from the NCHSAA, and their 2019 Preseason Previews.  Teams and coaches from across the state were sent a preseason questionnaire from PBR.  The teams that sent back their questionnaire will be profiled in the next week.  Each preview will take a look at the 2018 season, a look forward to what to expect from 2019, as well as highlighting key players to follow from each team.
