With 10 consecutive wins to begin the season, no team is off to a hotter start than Meade County. The Green Wave have been getting it done with stellar pitching, having allowed more than three runs only once while firing four shutouts. They own wins over ranked teams North Bullitt and Butler to go along with solid victories over Eastern, Grayson County, and Ohio County.

The Green Wave began their week with that 7-3 win over Eastern last Monday. Rain prevented them from getting on the field until Saturday when they completed a double-header sweep with the 5-2 win over Butler and a 4-1 victory over Fern Creek.

The Green Wave return to action with a 5:00 PM home game with Henderson County tomorrow. For their performance on the field, the Meade County Green Wave have been selected as the PBR Kentucky Team of the Week for the week of March 30-April 4.
