2014 Outlook:
The Lions look to make a strong championship run in 2014. Pitching will be at the forefront of that goal, with Aaron Floyd, Tim Kennedy, Andruw Gazzola and Chris Weiss leading the staff. Longwood also looks for sophomore’s Andy Garcia and Cameron Alfano to make a positive impact.

“Our three-year plan was to make the playoffs in 2012, which we did beating East Islip," Franco said. "Second year goal was to go deep in the playoffs, which we did going 3-2, beating three league champs. Year three goal, three years ago was to win a championship. It's year three."
