Our Top 150 players are set in the MD/DE Class of 2025 rankings, and this update is a testament to the grind that the winter months and Spring high school season brought across Maryland and Delaware.

All in all, we see 31 risers and 29 new faces throughout the top 150 in this update, with a plethora of uncommitted talent throughout. Below, we have highlighted 5 key uncommitted players that made a considerable jump, and certainly guys that college coaches should keep an eye on this Summer.

Jordan Regulski RHP / SS / North Dorchester , MD / 2025

The spring high school season always seems to bring "sleepers" to the surface, and Regulski certainly fit that mold in 2023. In our first look at the long 6-foot-3, 155 pound righty, the stuff and pure elasticity stand out. Mechanically, the movements and arm action may need to get cleaned up a touch, however the body and frame possesses some of the most projection in the class. Working downhill with a fastball that explodes out of the hand in the upper 80's (Topped out at 90 mph), Regulski challenges hitters to both sides with advanced feel to the arm side. The curveball is thrown with confidence and plays well off the fastball at 69-71, showcasing big 11/5 shape that works down and away to RHH. The ability to pound the zone with two pitches that have a chance to become plus is intriguing, as this arm is certainly one to watch as the years prolong.

Sammy Berman SS / RHP / Walt Whitman , MD / 2025

A mainstay towards the top of this loaded class of 2025, Berman stood out each time I saw him this Spring and the two-way ability continues to make strides. The frame and body continue to fill out, with strength being added at what seems like a week to week basis. The swing is pure, staying true to a hard line drive approach to all parts of the field with the ability to occasionally create lift to the pull side. As the bat control and feel for the barrel increases, look for power numbers out of Berman to skyrocket this summer, leading into his Junior year.

An impressive part of Berman's game came from the bump, as this Spring season brought opportunity after opportunity for Berman to showcase his prowess and athleticism from the mound. I've always known Berman to possess athletic actions with a quick arm through release, but seemed to always see the future as a "bat first" kind of player where the ceiling seemed to be the highest on the offensive/defensive side of the ball. However, lighting up the gun at 89 mph with the fastball on a cold night game late in the Spring opened my eyes, and the ability to spin it for strikes is fun to watch. The bat is just too intriguing for me to say the ability on the mound has now matched the offensive prowess, however, the recruitment trail just got a whole lot more interesting for Berman with what he showcased on the mound this Spring.

Avery Grain OF / SS / Magruder, MD / 2025

One of the more physically gifted risers in our latest update, Grain stands at 5-foot-11, 185 pounds of pure muscle and quick twitch. A standout at our MD Preseason All-State II event this February, Grain started his day off with a blazing 6.68 60-yard, before showcasing plenty of strength and intent during BP. The hands are explosive with actions that are consistent middle to pull side, creating consistent lift and backspin to the gaps and alleys. The arm strength and ability to run it down in the outfield stood out to me this spring, as Grain really glides and covers a ton of ground. As the barrel control becomes more consistent, look for this ultra-athletic outfielder to continue to climb through the ranks in the coming years.

Terrion Pettus OF / Magruder, MD / 2025

Fresh off an impressive Sophomore campaign, earning the 2A/3A All Division "Player of the Year", Pettus is certainly making a name for himself and quickly rising through the 2025 ranks. Similar to his counter-part in Avery Grain at Magruder, Pettus possesses immense versatility and athleticism that bodes well for a top of the lineup bat. Another standout at our MD Preseason All-State Session II, the hands work quick with tendencies that stay true to the middle of the field, showcasing the ability to manipulate the barrel on inside fastballs.

Trent Lopez OF / Bethesda-CC, MD / 2025

A player that really opened my eyes this Spring was Lopez, and the ability to spray the ball to all fields was really fun to watch. Strength continues to be added to the frame and the ability to fill out is certainly not finished. The hands are quick with an awareness for the barrel that is true and consistent, leading to a high contact rate. Power numbers will rise, especially as the ability to utilize the pull side increases. The actions are smooth and fluid at the dish and consistently showcased the ability to handle top velo well throughout the Spring season. This is yet another uncommitted outfielder poised for a huge summer across the Old Line State.
