Pitt CC

  • Swept a weekend series against Bryant & Stratton College, W 11-1, W 5-2, W 8-0
  • Kyle Mott got the mound win in game 2, striking out 11 in 6 innings of work
  • John Owen tossed a complete game shutout in game 3, striking out 6

  • Ryan Warren went 3-4 in the game one win with a homerun and 2 RBI’s

  • Zach Bagley earned the mound win in game one tossing 7 innings and striking out 12
  • Andrew Sheppard had 6 hits, 7 RBI’s and 2 homeruns on the weekend

Southeastern CC

  • Defeated Camden County College 10-3 on Tuesday
  • Swept a Wednesday doubleheader against Spartanburg Methodist, W 12-4, W 11-6
  • Tyler McDuffie, Greg Hammonds, and Ted Mcneil had 3 RBI’s each in the game two win against SMC
  • Took 2 of 3 against Guilford Tech CC over the weekend, L 7-6, W 16-2, W 9-5
  • Orlando Cannon got the mound win in game two, tossing a complete game, striking out 7 and not allowing an earned run

 

DIII JUCOs

Rockingham CC

  • Defeated Pheiffer JV 7-5 on Tuesday
  • Beat Averett University JV 11-10 on Wednesday
  • Zach Mcginnis went 5-11 with 4 RBI’s, 2 doubles and a homerun in the two midweek games
  • Swept a weekend series against Thomas Nelson CC, W 6-0, W 6-4, W 12-7, W 10-0
  • Drew Colvin earned the mound win in game one, tossing a complete game shutout

Surry CC

  • Defeated Bluefield College on Monday 11-6
  • Ethan Danley went 2-4 with 2 RBI’s vs. Bluefield
  • Swept a Thursday doubleheader against Ferrum JV, W 10-2, 13-1
