December is here and North Carolina is in full effect… If you don’t like the weather right now, just wait fifteen minutes.  With the changing weather, more and more athletes are taking advantage of some down time on the field to get stronger and faster off the field.  Before you know it, the spring season will have begun, playoff spots will be decided and four teams will be raising the trophy as state champs.  In an attempt to slow time down, lets take a quick look back at the news that made headlines last week.
