Today we continue to take a look at players who caught my attention at the State Championship Games at MTSU with a look at a young prospect from Goodpasture Christian.

Gage Gregory, 1B, R/R, Goodpasture Christian, 2017

Gregory is a 6-foot-2, 200-pound prospect with a physical frame for his age.  He shows good athleticism and has tools that will translate well at the next level with continued development.  Defensively, Gregory shows soft hands and good feet around the bag while also showing good arm strength from his first base position. 

At the plate, the right-handed hitter has a smooth swing with quick hands and power to the gaps.  Gregory has an excellent work ethic with high expectations.  As he continues to mature, he will add strength to his already physical frame and should continue to develop into a solid college prospect.
