In updated recruiting news around the state:

2B Kyle Nelson from Francis Howell has committed to Lindenwood University. On the season, Nelson is hiting .375 with five doubles, one triple, three homeruns, and eighteen RBIs. Nelson is one of two senior starters for Francis Howell who has helped lead the young Howell team this season.

Garrett Mays, a SS from El Dorado Springs, has committed to Crowder College. Mays has had a impressive season, with a .517 batting average, four doubles, three triples, and a homerun. Mays has wreaked havoc on the bases, with twenty six stolen bases and twenty nine rus scored.

RHP Nick Hummel from Oakville is heading to Lindenwood-Belleville. Hummel has a 0-1 record in eight appearances, with a 2.69 ERA and twenty-five strikeouts while holding opposing batters to a .260 batting average.
