Uncommitted. Extremely athletic 5-foot-10, 160-pound body, Wells has a lot of strength in his frame, along with speed and power. Ran 6.90 60-yard dash, body showing more in the tank, left handed swing was up to 84 mph exit velocity from coiled lower half and high leg kick, can get good leverage on the ball. Outfield work is very aggressive, showed strong 83 mph arm with carry and accuracy.

He has a small load with a short stride. He has quick bat speed through the zone, flashing power to the gaps with good athleticism on the bases.
